The Ararat Shrine Hambash was finally here. We had just got back the weekend before from the Green Country Hamfest in Claremore, Oklahoma. There was not too much on my list of this to get at a hamfest but we wanted to make a day trip up to Kansas City, Missouri anyway. This is the 3rd year in a row that we have attended this Ararat Shrine Hambash. This year it was PACKED. I mean it was BUSY in there. Also people were wheeling and dealing. There were a few good bargains there to be had as well. I ended up purchasing a used 4:1 balun for my portable operations.

Furthermore, if you have not been to the Ararat Hambash Hamfest in KC, Missouri ya might wanna put it on your calendar for next year in April. It was a wonderful day trip up there and back from our location!
